By making booking any service or purchasing any product via this site you agree to the following terms and agreements.

Things to know:

• Withdraw, reschedule or cancel any services booked,  within 24 hrs. to receive future credit toward services at a later time. (the credit is transferrable)
• You have 24 hrs from the time any product is received to file for a replacement, with proof of defectiveness.
• No Refunds indefinitely, you may however receive a replacement with proof of defective or unsatisfactory item 
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, there is a strict No abuse policy in effect, therefore any threats or mismanagement of foul language is prohibited and will cause you to be banned from services and purchase of products indefinitely.
• If membership/subscriptions are not paid in full by the 5th of the month private member accounts will be Disabled without notice, there is a $5.00 reinstatement fee
• If on any practitioner plan, you have 15 days from the initial sign-up day to cancel the service plan agreement without a $50.00 cancellation penalty fee billed, after the 15 days we reserve the right to charge a termination of the contract fee, payable immediately upon case closure.
